Bill Barton's "Recovering for Psychological Injuries"

Bill Barton's new book, Recovering for Psychological Injuries, is one of the most innovative books on trial advocacy I have read. His strategy of using a Worry List during voir dire to empower jurors was simply fascinating. This book provides important new insights. Every attorney interested in evolving as trial lawyer should buy this book. I cannot cannot recommend this book more highly.
